What areas do you serve?
We serve all 13 Greater Victoria municipalities: Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Langford, Colwood, Highlands, Metchosin, Sooke, Central Saanich, North Saanich, Sidney.
Are there upfront or onboarding fees?
No. There are no onboarding or upfront costs — we only get paid when you get paid.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. There is no term commitment.
Can I still use my home myself?
Yes. There is no limit on your personal stays — you decide when your home is open to guests.
How do I get paid?
Guest payments are sent to you directly by the booking platform. We send you a summary and invoice at the end of each month.
Is my home allowed to be a short-term rental?
It depends on provincial rules, your municipality's bylaws and any strata bylaws. We'll help you understand what to check, but the official decision rests with those authorities — we don't provide legal advice.
Can you guarantee how much I'll earn?
No. Income depends on your home, location, season and demand. We'll give you an honest view during your consultation.
