Farm and acreage considerations
If applicable, clearly identify livestock areas, gates, equipment and private buildings guests cannot enter. Explain water, septic and waste instructions for the home. Confirm whether advertised internet and mobile reception work in guest areas. Only describe amenities you can provide safely.
